We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, good facilities, and friendly staff. The location was also perfect, close to transportation, and with nice surroundings. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the hiking trails and surrounded by beautiful nature. the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for our needs. We also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the restaurant, which had a good variety of options to choose from.

the bathroom was not in the best condition, with a strange functioning toilet and a garbage can placed awkwardly.

This place is truly amazing. The location is perfect, very close to the Durau station and right next to the forest. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to go hiking easily. Despite being close to everything, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, they were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including a mini-bar and a terrace. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The dining experience was fantastic, with a delicious variety of food offered in the restaurant. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of location and service.

The bed was comfortable and the food was tasty. The hotel's location was ideal for us and allowed us to easily access the local shops and attractions. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were also pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views from our room.

The cleaning service was inconsistent and we had to request fresh towels several times. The room could have been better maintained and some of the facilities were outdated or not functioning properly. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay and made the most of our holiday.

The hotel has a good location in the forest area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. the rooms are quite spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and some have nice balconies. the food at the restaurant is generally good and served promptly. the friendly staff tries their best to make the guests feel welcome.

Some guests have been disappointed by a lack of amenities such as unreliable wifi, no elevator for upper floors, or not being able to order food in the room.
